Computer Support Rates

Onsite support is $50 per hour and no travel fees are assessed. A lower rate can be arranged if you would like to schedule multiple sessions for tutoring. I also offer options for convenient phone / online support which can be purchased prepaid using the form below. Online support is a great way to get immediate assistance and is offered at a discount.

My policy stands that if you hire me for support and I am unable to find a solution to the problem, and later you hire somebody else who is able to fix that problem, I will refund the amount charged. I have a perfect track record for fixing all fixable problems, so please give me a challenge :)

Payments are processed securely with Google Checkout. All major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers are accepted. You may also purchase support using Paypal.
